    The team from Buffalo Dining Club and Kneading Ruby have one thing in common, our love of great food & wine shared with friends. What better way to get two restaurants together than to put on a dinner that highlights the wonderful Illawarra/Southern Highlands produce right on our doorstep.

    Join us for canape’s & an aperitif before taking a seat at the communal tables to share a three course feast inspired by the local area, accompanied with beer & wine. Presented by Chef Matt Bugeja and Joey Ashton; showcasing the region’s outstanding produce – raised by passionate local farmers & prepared using old world techniques.
